Jacob Sorto was born in Oakland and has lived in the Bay Area all his life. He grew up playing soccer, basketball, and volleyball. His passion for sports and dealing with his own ankle sprains led to a fascination with how the human body works. Jacob graduated with a degree in Kinesiology and is aiming to pursue a master’s degree soon, with a focus in biomechanics. He joined our team as a Advanced Softwave Technician in 2023 and has already made such a difference in patients' lives. In his free time, Jacob spends his time weightlifting at the gym or playing basketball. He also enjoys watching movies with his two cats and one dog.
